Mardoqueo Vasquez Montufar (QEPD)

Founder Partner


Mardoqueo Vasquez Montufar Mardoqueo founded Megaprocesos in 2001 in Guatemala as an accounting and auditing firm with a visionary approach, in 2011 he formalized our participation in Praxity and with it his vision of growth covered Central America and the Dominican Republic, he served for 20 years as President of the Board of Directors of Megaprocesos Central America and the Caribbean. His experience was proven in multinational and international companies, he focused on tax advice and defense, transfer pricing, auditing, accounting, consulting to national and foreign companies, in a variety of industries.

He passed away on October 11, 2021, setting aside an international leadership, creativity and innovation legacy in the financial, taxes, audit and transfer pricing professionals guild.


Helen Urbina

Co-Founder - HR Manager


Helen Urbina Degree in Human Resources graduate from Universidad Francisco Marroquin, certified by Agexport and Grupo Buró, among others. She has an extensive experience in human resources area, organizational and work climate, inductions and training. .

Throughout her professional career with more than 15 years in Megaprocesos, she has distinguished by her good working environment implementation based on the "Custumer Service magic at Disney's style" program which she has national certification.

As part of her achievements, we can emphasize that she is founder of processes and implementations by department and area in Megaprocesos. Among others achievements, we can emphasize that she is Co-founder of Megaprocesos in Central America and Caribbean.


Zully Veliz

Managing Partner


Zully Veliz She has more than 14 years of experience in customer service area, sales, accounting, audit and management, which highlights the right management of countable and financial information, presentation of timely financial statements for decision-making, budget control and cash flows.

Throughout her professional career, she has participated in the financial audits from many transnational companies. She has participated in different customer services conferences, such as Design thinking and consultative selling, and she got a certification in applying the Lego Serious Play methodology.


Stephany Vasquez

Tax, Legal and Transfer Pricing


Stephany Vásquez With more than 10 work experience years, she has developed several skills such as: fiscal defense, administrative procedures, company incorporation, mergers and acquisitions, company shutdowns and mercantile corporations, civil and commercial contracts, labor and tax consulting, trademark registration, tax planning, change of tax address, tax diagnosis, updating of data with government agencies, appointment of legal representatives, drafting mandates, secretarial services, corporate structuring and transfer pricing in the Central America region.

She studied Law degree at Universidad Francisco Marroquín.
She has had an active participation in international conferences in transfer pricing and financial matters.

She has participated in creativity workshops, innovation and consultative selling.

Throughout her professional career, she has participated in different courses, certificates and diplomas, of which we can highlight: The international leadership certificate called: "Skills for success", the diploma "Transfer pricing in Latin America" in Universidad Austral de Buenos Aires, Argentina and a finance certificate from California International Business School.


Gibelli Vasquez

Customer Service and Marketing


Gibelli Vásquez Outstanding professional in the area of customer service. He has studies in Clinical Psychology at Rafael Landívar University, Diploma in Student Psychology and certificate in Human Relations and Effective Communication at Dale Carnegie, and the certificate in use of the Lego Serious Play methodology.

She has more than 6 years of experience in Customer Service, Marketing, Digital Marketing and Social Networks, he has been part of the Megaprocesos team for 5 years, in his career he has achieved a work and personal growth within it, highlighting his personalized attention.

Her professional career has been developed in companies such as Valdemar Travel, TELUS International, among others as a customer service agent, we can highlight her career in the Lkc2 project, where she has been in charge of designing advertising, planning content and being an exhibitor in training and digital design.


Marlon Navarro

Partner Costa Rica


Marlon Navarro Business Administration Master with emphasis on finance, licensed in Business administration with a financial and some other public accounting emphasis and bachelor's degree in Business administration in Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Master in public administration with international trade emphasis and customs from Universidad de Costa Rica, Bachelor's degree in Economy from Universidad Nacional.

Incorporated in the certified public accountants college from Costa Rica and into the college of private accountants as authorized public accountant from Costa Rica.

He counts with more than 10 years in management positions from national and international companies such as Kuehne + Nagel, Gas TOMZA, Grupo IMPROSA. Financial and accounting advisor to public and private entities such as Costa Rican Red Cross, development associations, municipalities.

He currently is responsible for audit practice, accounting, finance, regulatory compliance and transfer pricing in Costa Rica for Megaprocesos Praxity.


Eddy Hernández

Audit


Eddy Hernandez Certified Public Accountant with over 28 years of proven experience in multinational companies including tax advisory and defense, auditing, accounting, consulting to national and international companies, in a diversity of industries. Recognized in auditing multinational companies and owner-managed companies.

He has worked for Megaprocesos for 6 years contributing his experience with our clients, has several certifications in internal control, internal audit, process management, finance and accounting, within his experience stands out 15 years working in KPMG in the audit area.


Roberto Arguedas

Legal


Roberto Arguedas Lawyer and Notary has over 30 years of proven experience, which stands out in his work in different institutions as a public official. He served as an Alternate Judge at the Administrative Registry Tribunal and has also worked in prominent firms such as GJE Grupo and Niehaus.

He has been with Megaprocesos for 8 years, contributing his expertise to our clients, his experience is focused on advising Boards of Directors, notarial and registration management, consultancy, and providing advice to businesses on cooperative and general business matters.
